The invention of these medications was a penicillin moment. The first drugs ever to cure a viral disease. Cure, not treat.

I has to be one of the great tragedies of modern times that they are not being deployed on a mass scale.

I agree Doc. Just shows you that this is a cure, it's not a treatment! You, Sir Dr James Freeman are an incredible human being, your name will be forever immortalized I am sure of it .

G1a probably early 1980's, Biopsy F1(2010), F2-F3(2015). VL 5+mill; 2+mill (2014) Tx naive. Accessed Sof/Led through Dr Freeman at GP2U and Buyers Club (lifesavers!!!)
Commenced tx 12/11/15. 9 wk: VL <15 Detected but LFT = Normal 12 week results: UND (Yay!) Due to slow response commenced Sof/Dac 4 Feb for 12 weeks. EOT @ 24 weeks 27 April 2016. (With thanks to Dr Freeman et al). SVR11 result: VL 1,950,000. It's back!

In my wildest dreams I never saw this coming. I'd have played the wild card and not spent $100k ++ for Harvoni branded med's and would have left more to my beautiful wife so she could live better. But It turned out different as of SVR 24 a few days ago, UND with great blood work to go with it. I have not seen that type of blood work results in decades, really.
So thank you all and I can never thank Dr James Freeman enough. He truly is a world changing individual which is probably 1-100,000,000 that attempts to change the world and 1-1,000,000,000,000 that actually achieves it. As a matter of fact, I don't really think he even knows the enormity of what he has accomplished.

Just checking in to let all treatment seekers know what happened to me after treatment.
The side effects that were mild after treatment: small pain in right side, overall a bit of low energy at times, up and down emotionally and just unsure even though I was deemed cured.
Update: I now have the majority of my energy back, the brain fog that I had for years has 80+ percent gone away, no pains in the side at all anymore and my blood tests are perfect the first time in decades. So If you are on the fence, don't be! Get treated immediately, while you can and by summers end you'll be HCV free! It happened to me and it will happen to you.
