I am wondering to eliminate the endless calsl fixhepc must receive with patient inquires of have you got my paperwork, payment ,what stage of the process are my my meds ect. Instead you could use this & have a section like a monitor at a pizza bakery with the "consumers" name moving through the different stages. The Id could be a persons fixhepc id for example. I know from experience of lodging paperwork & payment then not receiving any correspondence for 2 weeks. Then trying to get through on the phone unsuccessfully for 3 days. I understand this is due to the huge number of people like me that you are helping & the early stage of all this. But i wonder if a simple tracking system would calm nerves & take the wait off you guys. Regards Angus

I have checked with Andrew at FixHepC and your order is with the compounders now and should go out to you on Monday. The pharmacy we use was compounding twice a week but now has two people working on it full time to keep up.

You were in the last manual order.

A micro Fedex type tracker was built to handle the volume and do exactly as you suggest sending automated updates at each step along the way.

I originally tried to order 16th Oct but for some reason it wasn't received. Finally got through about 10 days later and after a bit of tooing and froing finally received what looks like auto response stating order was place 29th Oct. and follow up emails would provide me with tracking........but nothing since.

Been trying not to phone the club for updates when they could be more productively helping new people but it does weigh on your mind.

Your medication should ship tomorrow. It's at the Pharmacy.

Your order is in the last manual batch.

Patient's since this batch get automated emails including a tracking link that list the steps passed to date.

Em, are you talking about tracking via Fed Ex or UPS?

Once you sent something with them you get a tracking ID which you can input into
their system and see whats going on with your delivery.

I am concerned about my medication arrival.
I paid for meds before Christmas. I contacted Melinda by email asking about the timeline and she said 3-4 weeks.
It is 3 and a half weeks.
I have sent an email with no response and rang the buyers club and spoke to David twice who said he would get back to me.
I have never received a tracking link.
Are they always like this? Not responding to our queries?
It's probably because of the holidays but....a reply would be nice.

Hi Magpie, they are just extremely busy is all , they have a stack of email queries from around the world to respond to, and they will get to your inquiry when they can. Not sure how many emails they are receiving daily currently but it was somewhat of a mountain last time I spoke to them.

I got a bit edgy myself when I was waiting for mine, and a couple of days later they turned up,,,

Keep posting if you get no response and they will sort it out eventually. Sorry for the delays but I believe the numbers are quite beyond expectations, regards,
