Hi Em, no that arrow seemed to have disappeared but I'm using another computer at a friend's house now and it's fine therefore must be my error. Sorry to mess you about.

Hi Joy, im thinking you have the bootom chat box extended to full showing the list of both puvic and private users. If you go to the top blue tab (public chat) and click on this it should then put it back to split boxes with the setting showing at bottom. If this is so people should remember that this feature is memorised so if you have the user list extended it will open the same next tim. Anyway when this occurs just clixk on the public chat tab. Em
