First dose today, the journey begins 7 years 9 months ago #19681
Well I can honestly say, the way I am feeling compared to 7 days ago is extraordinary. My right upper quadrant which was sometimes very painful is now gone, the red spots on my arms and chest are diminishing (I hated those spots). Simply put, it is at this point, incredible. I'll post more in a few days, hopefully with the same vigor and results as I feel today. If something drastic comes up I'll post sooner. In good health my friends! Contracted HCV 1980's Geno Type 1a F3 ( doc says once treated I'll be F2 maybe F1) Meds shipped 6/17/2016 arrived early 7/2016 Viral count - 3,471,080 4 week quantitative bloods: August 17, 2016. I have been diagnosed as <15 (told undetected) 8 week quantitative bloods: September 14th. I have been diagnosed as <15 (told undetected) 11 week PCR RNA Qualitative bloods: September 26th 2016 - Undetected December 19th 2016: Cured! Viral count: zero!!! 2018 viral count: still zero! Cured! The following user(s) said Thank You: LondonGirl, mgalbrai, Hieupham, Tommy, Matt-Kenney-google, Meg, GT2, fitz

Hi Sven Very encouraging signs ... you should be confident that the DAAs are working their magic and you're on your way to SVR. GT2 1983: Hospitalised with Acute non-A, non-B Hepatitis after ICU blood transfusion 3mths earlier => HCV GT2 22/02/16: (pre-tmt) ALT 61, VL 2.48 IU/ml Hepascore 0.32 (F1/2), fatigue, brain fog, bloating (Treatment Naïve) 10/04/16: (Start tmt) Sofovir +DaclaHep (SOF + DCV) by Hetero Labs in India 09/05/16: ALT 34, VL: NOT Detected 17/6/16 FBG 5.7; PPBG (@14.22) 6.9 (@ 20.45) 7.1; BP 124/72

I have noticed, thank you fitz, that many issues are snapping back to normal. From the red spots on my arms and chest are 90% gone, I hated those things. Also I have never seen my eyes as white as they are in a decade! My mental well being is also better than it has been in...I don't know how long! So if I gain UND & then SVR I would call this drug a miracle drug. So far so good, nothing to report negative at this time. I get my 14 test next week and will upload as soon as it comes to me. Thx all. Thanks GT2. Initially my doctors said that 8 weeks would do as my viral load was and stayed low. However this was when the insurance was a possible player. After it was apparent they would not pay under any circumstances for my treatment the doc said 12 weeks is what he wanted. Yes I am not a fan of monetary based healthcare but who is! Contracted HCV 1980's Geno Type 1a F3 ( doc says once treated I'll be F2 maybe F1) Meds shipped 6/17/2016 arrived early 7/2016 Viral count - 3,471,080 4 week quantitative bloods: August 17, 2016.
