Sixteen days after entering the REDEMPTION 3 Trial, I have my medications in hand, picked up from the post office this morning. After living with this disease for decades, words alone are not enough to describe the sense of wonder I feel that this is possible, or the sense of gratitude I feel for the opportunity to just get well. Honestly, its a bit overwhelming at the moment, and I must thank Dr. James Freeman, for his humanitarian commitment, for finding a way, laying the groundwork, and making a cure possible for me, and for all of my brothers and sisters around the world who so desperately need it. I feel so incredibly lucky, and once again, so incredibly grateful...... This morning when I returned from the post office, I took some time to document opening the REDEMPTION 3 package, and examining the boxes and medication. Then I took the first of 84 tablets The cost for the medication through REDEMPTION 3 , was just shy of US $1,600, including the medical consultation with a prescribing physician from Monkmed. Hi Fitz Thank you for putting up the images of MyHepLVIR and welcome.I remember the those same feelings of exhilaration and gratitude when I first held the meds in my hand. Unbelievable really! I wish you well on your treatment journey. Re_roll said I do not know why others who inquire about obtaining the meds don't use the Redemption route....easy peasy and affordable considering the alternatives. I think about what re_roll has written in his response to you and I have read stories of many people struggling to search and find a cure. I too found it hard to understand why you wouldn't take up the offer of Redemption 3. Then I thought back to the time I first began my research in Oct/Nov 2015. I didn't know anything about DAA's or APIs. I found myself referring to the Glossary regularly. Even as Australian citizen I found it hard to believe that an Australian doctor was offering a way to heal. Back then I ordered APIs via fixhepc from Mesochem. The API's were then compounded in Sydney and forwarded on. The price then is similar to the cost for Redemption now. With Redemption you have the whole package including medical support and guaranteed delivery. A submission was made this year at The International Liver Conference in Spain 2016. The results are in, the price is right, it is achievable you can be cured by generics! I am now SVR12 and feeling well. gt 1a VL 6m F2/3 FibroScan - 9KPa in 2011 and 7KPa in 2015 sof/dac 10 December for 12 weeks pre tx alt 85 ast 51 4 wk alt 34 ast 31 UND <35 8 wk alt 29 ast 32 UND <15 12wk alt 25 ast 25 EOT 3.3.16 SVR24 UND KPa5.3 F0 in normal range I am well .forever grateful to fixhepc

Thank you for the welcome, Pat! Learning about your successful treatment, Beaches, Ariel, Debs, GT2, London Girl and many others has been truly inspirational! Finding this community, having such a tremendous group of people all in one place, and first rate Sof/Led treatment in hand, starting treatment, all within about three weeks, still seems a bit surreal. You know from my previous posts that it took a year just to see a specialist, and that within a week of finally having tests done, my physicians request for Harvoni was denied, seemingly in record time. To have the medication in my hand (and in my bloodstream) just three short weeks later, feels a bit like I've entered an alternate universe, where instead of being triaged directly to "NO", I am suddenly on the road to recovery, a cure! It IS a bit surreal, and from where I stand, it is rather wonderful as well. Right now, there is nowhere on earth I'd rather be than here among my friends. Wow Fitz that was so cool to look at the pictures! Very nice packaging and such a prompt delivery. I also felt radiant when I received my meds from Greg Jefferys last week and had so much respect and gratitude in my heart for all those (of you) who came before me on this journey. Thanks Greedfighter, and Defeat10! I appreciate the support. 2nd day of treatment, and no significant fx so far beyond a little brain fog this afternoon. I called my specialists office for the 2nd time in two days to arrange for labs (bloods). For the second time in two days, a second nurse (gatekeeper), who's job it apparently is to keep patients from consulting with their physicians, questioned me about INDIA(!!!!), and opined from on high, that if I were a part of a trial, whoever was conducting that trial should be monitoring me! After I told her who was heading up the trial and pronounced Dr. Freemans name for her no fewer than 3 times, she insisted upon mispronouncing it again, apparently believing it to be an INDIAN(!!!!) name. Undeterred, l left a message to have the Dr. call me about scheduling labs. Hi Fitz It’s a great feeling isn’t it… finally starting treatment … after all these decades of feeling crook and progressively getting worse with age. It makes me mad when I read that you had to wait a year to see a specialist just to have your treatment request denied. These guys are playing with our lives. You’ve made the right decision to participate in the REDEMTION 3 Trial. It’s a no brainer. It’s a guaranteed cure path. I look forward to following your progress over the coming months … and celebrate your SVR12 … Cheers GT2 1983: Hospitalised with Acute non-A, non-B Hepatitis after ICU blood transfusion 3mths earlier => HCV GT2 22/02/16: (pre-tmt) ALT 61, VL 2.48 IU/ml Hepascore 0.32 (F1/2), fatigue, brain fog, bloating (Treatment Naïve) 10/04/16: (Start tmt) Sofovir +DaclaHep (SOF + DCV) by Hetero Labs in India 09/05/16: ALT 34, VL: NOT Detected 17/6/16 FBG 5.7; PPBG (@14.22) 6.9 (@ 20.45) 7.1; BP 124/72 The following user(s) said Thank You: mgalbrai, Ariel, Tina-Hill-facebook, Hazel, Greedfighter, Matt-Kenney-google, Meg, fitz

I've been posting, here, and there, and everywhere! I had a little time today, and must have put up 20 notices in 20 different markets. Last check, 7 were still up. Its a numbers game. I put em' up.
