Hey Ken, ok Mexico, probably hotter than here! Anyway, referring to your excessive thirst and water intake - I know there's a thread about this elsewhere but I can't find it now - i'm having a brain foggy day today Talking about drinking too much water - if water isn't quenching the thirst it can mean your electrolytes are out of balance. You can make a home remedy, the 'sports drinks' are full of crap I found this recipe somewhere - The most important thing is to use a good quality Sea Salt or Rock Salt, as it has natural salts in it, DON'T USE TABLE SALT because it is refined (like the difference between refined white sugar and raw sugar); e.g.Pink Himalayan Salt is good; also citrus juice is for the taste and vitamin C - you can use less or change it - e.g. make up some peppermint tea and let it cool and dilute it with this mix. I personally use much less juice and only 1 spoonful of honey and dilute it more. Apparently Coconut Water is a good natural electrolyte drink, so maybe include some of that in your daily 'water' intake. Homemade Electrolyte Drink 4 cups filtered water 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup (adjust for taste) 1/4 tsp. sea salt or rock salt (not refined table salt!) Happy Drinking - Here's to trying to quench the relentless thirst QLD Australia ☀️ G3a HCV 35 yrs Tx naive Started Sof/Dac 13/01/16 Dec '15 AST 70 ALT 89 GGT 124 Fibroscore 8.5 F1-F2 13 Feb'16 VL UND AST 24 ALT 26 GGT 50H The following user(s) said Thank You: kenbasman, flyingfox66

Thanks Chejai! No lemons in Mexico. Can you believe it! Only limes and these things called limas which taste kinda between limes and earl grey tea. I guess just double up on the lime juice. I will give it a try tomorrow HCV 35 yrs G1a F3 Tx naive started Lesovir-C 15/12/2015 pre tx: VL 5,250,000 ALT 374 AST 208 FIBROSCORE 10.4 4 weeks tx ALT 29/ AST 33. Hi Ken, No Lemons But plenty of Limes how interesting ! Hey, Limes are awesome, I prefer them actually but soooo expensive here. I put a couple of sea salt crystals and a big squirt of lime juice into my filtered water bottle and shake it up hard and it's a very refreshing drink, especially next to my bed at night. It's been so hot and I'm sweating more from the Sof/Dac plus I'm always thirsty at night from other meds, I just reach over and grab my bottle and sip throughout the night BTW, I checked your temps at the moment and it's a bit milder than here - wow, you have really low humidity too. Ok, all the best, I'm off to make one of those nice, cool drinks - it's 35 degrees C inside! Hey Chejai, I live up in the mountains in a little town called San Miguel de Allende. It's about 6,000 feet above sea level so the temperature here is quite moderate. Being winter I actually had to scrape ice off my windshields last week in the early morning (rare occurrence) but then it climbs up to around 28 degrees in the daytime.... Wow, kenbadsman, my son and I just took a Google trip around your amazing city - it is stunning! Breathtaking views, awe-inspiring architecture and just love the cobblestone streets and brightly painted walls, you're blessed! That's quite a temperature change in one day - not unusual for living in the highlands, I'm told - but still, scraping ice of your windshield in the morning and then glorious 28 degrees C during the day! That must require layered dressing to get through the day We live in a pretty spot, on a small island close to the mainland but we just don't have the history to enjoy such beautiful architecture. I have always loved Spanish influence, the bright colours, the use of crafted wrought iron, courtyards, and especially their churches. Well, that was a lovely little trip All the best QLD Australia ☀️ G3a HCV 35 yrs Tx naive Started Sof/Dac 13/01/16 Dec '15 AST 70 ALT 89 GGT 124 Fibroscore 8.5 F1-F2 13 Feb'16 VL UND AST 24 ALT 26 GGT 50H The following user(s) said Thank You: kenbasman
