hcvadvocate.org/hepatitis/factsheets_pdf/viralload.pdf Just to confuse matters the conversion factor varies! But <40 copies is roughly <10 or <15 - that is at the current technical limits. With COBAS Taqman you can have <15 (detected) and <15 (not detected - which really means <5 or <10 rather than absolute zero) YMMV | |

As i said, I took my blood test(RNA quantitative) on day 15 of twinvir(sof/led) tx. I didn't expect that I get UND, just hoping that majority of virus is gone for now. But... My doc said that there is NO VIRUS DETECTED, which is < around 15 IU/ML(thanks Dr. Freeman for letting me know how to converse korean measurement to west measurement) !!!! I am so happy now hep-c for 20yrs. GT1a. Started twinvir(sof-led) 05/03/16. Before tx: VL=1.7mil. AST, ALT in normal range 2nd week of tx: VL <15. AST, ALT in normal range 6th week of tx: VL < 15.
