| Yes Em you are right, there are no problems with bringing the meds into New Zealand. I have returned home today from Hobart and just breezed through customs. I do recommend that you carry a copy of your script and as an extra back up I had a letter from my specialist stating the medication are for personal use. SVR 24 |

| It appears that you can get Ribavirin in New Zealand with just a GP prescription but it is expensive. I tried 3 Pharmacists, one didn't get back to me, one could get Riba + Peg-IF at NZ$2200 per month, one could get Riba at NZ$1300 per month. It is much cheaper to import it. GT1 F4 compensated, I/F non-responder 1997 @2015-11-06 VL 3.5 x 10^6, started Twinvir @2015-12-31 VL:UND @2016-01-29 started 2nd 12 weeks of Twinvir @2016-03-01 ALT=42 AST=42, other LFT in normal range |
