    @janca

    I would like to know of your experiences importing the drugs into Canada. Any tips you can give me would be helpful.

    Welcome Janca. :)

    If you look at the top of this page you will find a “Search” tab. Enter Canada there and you will find a number of posts about it. Here’s one to start with.

    Then hopefully one of our Canadian members will come along and give you some first hand information.

    @willeert

    I have imported Sof/Dac into Canada as a member of the MonkMed trial. It was not seamless but I did learn a lot which I passed on to the Tim and the MonkMed team. I wrote a procedure for Canada which they have. It is legal to import the drugs into Canada and with the procedure should go well. If anyone PM’s me I will forward that on to you.

    I found MonkMed and FixHepC to be very supportive and professional. I recommend that if you are considering this method of obtaining meds for your HepC that you go for it.

    I received my end of treatment test results yesterday for the Sof/Dac Genotype 2 treatment I was on. The viral load is now negative and the ALT AST liver function tests are on the low side of average normal. Yay
