    You or the prescribing doctor should confirm details with the compounding chemist but usually they use the drug name rather that brand name so:

    Sofosbuvir x 400mg x 1 daily x 4 weeks (28 days)
    Daclatasvir x 60mg x 1 daily x 4 weeks (28 days)

    G3a since ’78 – Dx ’12 – F4 (2xHCC)
    24wk Tx – PEG/Riba/Dac 2013 relapsed
    24wk Tx – Generic Sof/Dac/Riba 2015/16 relapsed
    16wk Tx – 12/01/17 -> 03/05/17 NS3/NS5a + Generic Sof
    SVR7 – 22/06/17 UND
    SRV12 – 27/07/17 UND
    SVR24 – 26/10/17 UND

    The process was easy! Yesterday I firstly rang and got the go-ahead with the nurse at the hepatitis clinic of the hospital (where I obtained my current 12 week course), then booked in to see a local GP. A script for a further 4 week course was made up and faxed to Kingswood Compounding Pharmacy at 7 pm. I followed up this morning with a phone call to the chemist (Nabil- who was great) and checked the script had arrived, address details, etc. Late morning I was contacted and told the DAA’s were ready to send! I paid the fee via credit card ($575 which included express post delivery), and can expect them in the mail either tomorrow or Monday! Yay!

    I purchased 12wk Tx sofosbuvir and ledipasvir from West Linfield Pharmacy, Sydney. This was based on the prescription from my specialist ie: sofobuvir 400mg and ledipasvir 90mg. I’m very sure that they will provide correctly compounded DAA’s for which they use Chinese generic AI’s. They are a TGA approved supplier. As a guarantee, I’m quite sure that you will be able to get a prescription from Dr James Freeman if you contact him. All personnel at West Linfield were very helpful. They also supplied me with copies of the analysis of the AI’s before I ordered the compounded Tx.
    This was before the meds were available on the PBS ie: Nov 2015. They cost me AUD 2350 and were priority couriered within 3 days.
    I’m now at SVR28, so effectively virus free and my F3-4 cirrhosis (14kPa) is now F1 (7.3 KpA).
