SVR Predictor 8 years 6 months ago #1172
hcvsvrpredictor.liverdoc.com/#/ Might be a dumb question - but I cant understand why after clicking nil co-infection, geno 1a, treatment naive & cirrhotic on the SVR predictor - the only DAA SVR which seems not to be demonstrated is Daclatasvir. Fem. Gen 1a.18.4 kPa. IL28b - CT. Cirrhosis 4B/c. MELD 11. Portal Hypertension. Ascites. Varices. (Gr.3). post surgical Coma 2011- Tx denied. 15/09 - INR 1.2 platelets 58 (150-450) albumin 32 (35-50) bilirubin 40 (2-20) ALT 183 (0-45) AST 281(0-41) GGT 39(0-45). Liver lesions AFP 16 <8.

I've wondered this too after noticing it a few days back. I'm fairly sure it's changed from the results it gave a few weeks ago because I think I used it to search cirrhotic and non cirrhotic back then because I'm borderline and it gave Sof/dac results for both. What's more it still gives a Sof/dac result for non cirrhotic. It makes no sense the same combo would be ineffective for cirrhotics when the non cirrhotic results are all 100%. They might be handy but I never completely trust these sort of internet doohickeys. I think something's amiss with the predictor. Stick to the EASL guidelines. PS I have a pretty red polymer cast now Archer. Huon Valley, Tasmania Hep C+ since 1980s Genotype 1b F3/4 VL 480,000 Started Indian Sof and Riba, BMS Dac (comp access) 28 August 2015 UND at 4 weeks Finished treatment 19 November 2015 12 February 2016 UND SVR12 The following user(s) said Thank You: LondonGirl

yes especially since on average the DAA's (I believe) trend downward to a range of about 10% with cirrhosis. Anyone have other info on this predictor ? Like the validity & reliabilty - given the paucity of data on some of the DAAs (like Daclatasvir) and apparently low subject numbers in many of the trials. Any multivariate statisticians on board ? PS you need a red hat & shoes, with your red polymer cast. Tres chic. Fem. Gen 1a.18.4 kPa. IL28b - CT. Cirrhosis 4B/c. MELD 11. Portal Hypertension. Ascites. Varices.
