Did you get your Twinvir from the guest house guy or some other source?
M, 57, Live in Wellington,NZ.
Genotype 1a diagnosed in 2013.
Treating for the first time since October 31 with Buyers Club Sof/Led. Thanks so much guys. Minimal side effects apart from sore throat at the start..
Viral load 5.4m when treatment started, Undetected at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, End of Treatment and 12-weeks post EOT. Yay!

Just to confuse matters the conversion factor varies!



But <40 copies is roughly <10 or <15 - that is at the current technical limits.

With COBAS Taqman you can have <15 (detected) and <15 (not detected - which really means <5 or <10 rather than absolute zero)

As i said, I took my blood test(RNA quantitative) on day 15 of twinvir(sof/led) tx.

I didn't expect that I get UND, just hoping that majority of virus is gone for now.


But...

My doc said that there is NO VIRUS DETECTED, which is < around 15 IU/ML(thanks Dr. Freeman for letting me know how to converse korean measurement to west measurement) !!!!

I am so happy now :P
