I sent to a PM. Personal Messages are someimes missed by new members who aren't used to looking for them. The simplest way to see them is click on your own username.
Most of the suppliers here know what country they can successfully ship to and will advise if they can't or know another that can.

I have heard of no Customs or FDA issues in the U.S. in the past month. If someone reading this has, please respond.
Thanks,
Mike

I have my shipment of Sof/Dac sitting in LA for 6 days since it arrived from Australia. I have had Greg helping me through this and he has confidence that it will arrive at my residence. I can't help but be overly nervous about it sitting in LA for 6 days. But I am glad to hear that there have been no problems for a month. Is it normal for the meds to be there this long?

What shipper?
Where does the tracking say it is now in LA?
Customs Clearance?
Have you inquired with shipping company as to its status?
If the FDA has detained it, they will notify you.
You will have 30 days to get it released, if that is the case.
Is it REDEMPTION meds?
These are good places to start.
The answers to the above will determine how you should proceed.
Maybe they will arrive Monday. If not, something is wrong.
Do you have have a prescription in hand?

Hi, Ok the shipper Greg Jefferys used was Australian Post. The tracking showed it arrived in LA Calf. 27th of Feb and is "In Transit" status. I did lodge a customer enquiry yesterday. I am not in the Redemption trials and these are not Redemption meds. They are Generic, API, Sol/Dac from West Linfield Pharmacy/ Compound Chemist. I do not have a Script in hand. I sent all my copies of Fibrosure stage, genotype, Hep C RNA quant and Log and history of previous treatments plus Identification. to the liver Doctor in Australia and she sent the RX information to the Chemist. The US post office will deliver the meds to my residence once they leave customs. This what my post office told me Friday.

I am hoping they arrive next Monday or Tuesday. I went and had a blood draw friday to get my start up values prior to starting treatment at the Walk In Lab near by. I am all set except for having my meds arrive.

Ok disregard the above I just found out my Meds are about 40 miles away at a Post Office Facility :woohoo: What relief I feel as if I won the lotto! :cheer:

Good for YOU!
All I needed to see was "Post"!!!
That explains it. If it were FedEx or DHL, a week from arrival in the U.S. without delivery would indicate something was wrong.
The postal service is different.
I was about to reply to your original post when I saw your edit and say the package will probably be delivered tomorrow.
Believe me, I understand your concern during the past week. I have been there.
I also know how you are feeling now. Hard for words to descrbe, but you did a good job of it! Sometimes, some really, really good things are NOT too good to be true.
Again, congratulations!

When I ordered my meds from Kingswood they sent them via Australian post and I was able to track it to La also. It arrived in La only 2 days after I put my order in. I also became very anxious after all I got on the tracking was in transit after being in La for a full week. Well my package finally arrived at my home exactly 10 days after I put my order in, so 8 days after being able to track it to La :woohoo: so I don't know why it took 8 days for it to travel only about a little over 300miles to Northern California from Southern California when it only took 2 days to travel from Australia to La?? Try and be patient,it will arrive :+1: good luck on your journey to UND #love #flower

Thanks CC!
Now we all know that packages sent by post from Oz to LA spend a week or so recovering from jet lag before delivery. Two different situations. Two similar outcomes. No coincidence.
The package literally jets across the Pacific, covering a lot of distance in short time.
Then, its buried in a pile of mail being cleared to enter the counrty and the USPS.
Knowledge is power.
Now we have a little more.

What I found out that can be passed on to others who use the AU Post/USPS is that you can use the same tracking # that AU Post gives you on the USPS site! I was freaking over the delay and the "not knowing" so on a whim went to the USPS site plugged in the AU # and bang showed all the details from the time it hit LA! That's how I found out my meds were 40 miles away and will soon be here.
