Hi Paul I've had this discussion with others including James and one would assume so, however, there has been no research on this whatsover, well I haven't seen it. Both are NS5As so if we go with the theory of adding additional weapons then yes, however, will they counteract both or either?? We don't know? What about using Dac for the first 6 weeks and then finishing with Led?? Someone will eventually try combo, but as Dylan said 'it aint me'. Em Geno 1b F2/3 snce early 80s. Can't see the logic in using two NS5a inhibitors. Dac is the stronger of the two. G1 58yo F1 54,000 viral load Relapser 2003/4 Sof/Dac started 21/9/2015 The following user(s) said Thank You: Sir-Paul-Paul-MJ-twitter | |

It's kind of like the nuclear option as far as I can see if i'm not SVR -0 @ 4 weeks or close to it I would add Rib as well. I don't want to be doing this again. I was a non responder on a Dac trial in 2011 with Inf and Rib, Crash or crash through someone also said Gen 3a Started Sof Dac 16/10/15 V/L 20 Mill + Hep C pos approx. 27 yrs Non responder 2011 BMS (dac) Peg Rib |
