I don't know if this is normal, but so far I'm feeling no side effects. I think that the first two pills seemed to cause an increase in inner body temperature, but heck I may have been imagining that. I did my normal 1 hr plus work out, mowed and edged the lawn, spent an hour tending to my extensive rose garden (76) and a few other things that came up. I have been consuming at least 72oz of water daily and trying to get at least 6 hrs. sleep nightly. I've, so far, had no reduction in energy so I feel blessed. Epclusa does seem to have few major side effects, but every body is different. Good luck to all from Oregon, USA mrcleanrt

Hello mrcleanrt, Yoir experience is not unusual. As a doctor I have to paint a realistic, verging on pessimistic picture. On the whole these drugs are very clean in terms of side effects and effective in terms of results. Best of luck for SVR. YMMV
