Sirchinenge, yes, Als did import the API's some weeks ago to the UK but that was long before this new requirement was added recently that apparently Mesochem needed a letter from the compounding chemist to ensure they encapsulate the powders before shipping the goods.

Maybe the situation has changed again?…anyway, I'm going to contact her & see.

Just so I am clear, did you send them a letter stating that you were using them for research or was an email sufficient? Did they send MSDS sheets or something similar to prove content to customs if necessary? Finally, did you have a script from a doctor to include for Meso? Not sure if U.S. Customs actually requires a script for personal imported API's or pills... Fantastic news that they came through customs for you without a hitch. My first email was sent mentioning I was part of a research group, her reply
was a No.

My second email asked for X amount of Sob and X about of Dac can you quote me,
she quoted me.

I sent both emails around the time Greg reported they would not sell to single
clients. Since then it appears to have changed again.

As you can see, one person mentions research and is fine the next does the same thing
and is refused.
Regardless what you put in the email you need to say can you quote me
for X amount of drugs. Its obvious its all quite random.

Everything done by email. All MSDS documentation included. No doctors prescription needed, but I have been prescribed Harvoni 3 times and denied by my insurance company after exhausting all appeals. I went sailed through customs. Perhaps because Rachel declared such a low value ($57.00) She is VERY helpful!! Again, mention "research". Have you a friend at a local university to whom it could be addressed? That and the "research" word. I think those were a significant factors for me. Good luck!

I am consuming and they are destroying. Rachel signed the package over to FedEx and my wife signed for it when it arrived. Straight from Mesochem-pretty simple supply chain. Today will my 7th dose. Minor headache the first 3 days. Starting to feel more energy after a long day in the classroom.
Personally-knowing what I know now about the new predicted Indian Harvoni release date-I would do nothing differently.
I am good and getting better.
My advice to folks like me in the U.S.:
Seize the moment, for it may be fleeting.

Hi Mike Iam very impressed with your smooth operating. Prue genius in cutting through the authority as a test sample. I think anything goes when it comes to accessing the ability to have this cure. The system is truly broken, fix hep c is a really appropriate name for this club. Iam on day 11 with the same medicine as you. The only issue is tinnitus, which calms down occasionally. Some difficulty getting to sleep, sometimes i think thats from the ear noice, but sometimes I just feel excited about the new life Iam having. Already I can feel the difference. Not just in energy, but mentally, more robust in being able to cope much better with stress. As no life is free from various bouts of stress. Dont know if its just me but I always felt that hep c and stress were very bad buddies. Anyway thanks for your story I love your attitude. Poodle

What kind of documentation did you need to get through customs?

No documentation from me at all. Just the standard MSDS forms from Mesochem and the FedEx waybill declaring what was inside the package in English and the declared value. Rachel will work with you in that area. I tracked it on my phone from the moment it was picked at Mesochem by FedEx until it arrived at my steps. I wired the money to their bank Monday at 8:00AM and the package arrived Friday at 7:30AM.
After all the denials and feeling like crap for years. BOOM! Unbelievable!! I am getting WELL thanks to some great Australians and China's willingness to tell Gilead where they can put their patent.

I have had some folks contact me about Customs concerns. This is my take on that after being in the same boat: The small, low value package arrives in Anchorage on a huge FedEx plane full of crap from China of all shapes and sizes at 1:00am. Unless they are really looking to keep life-saving medicine out of the hands of the people that need them, I don't think there will be a problem. Rachel is a smooth operator. You will see what I am talking about when you get your present from her.
It all comes down to this in my view:
Does the policeman write a guy a ticket who is speeding his pregnant wife to the hospital or give them an escort?
I think we are OK-now. Next week- who knows. Put some letters after your name, make your home address a chemical analysis service for a day. Where theres a will....

Hi Mike, This is very encouraging. I gather from what you've written that Rachel that Rachel fully knows what we are doing, i.e., trying to cure ourselves of a deadly disease by circumventing Gilead's $100,000.00 tax, and is actually sympathetic and helpful? At one time, from what I've read, Mesochem had no special requirements for those seeking their anti-HPC APIs, then began requiring larger orders (as for instances, the Buyer's Club available to Australians), then Greg found that if we signed onto a research study, they would send, now I understand they require evidence that you have a compounding pharmacist who will mix up your API's into precisely dosed capsules. But I gather from you that I can just be frank with her, i.e., "listen I'm sick and your company carries the medications I need to get better. Can you advise me on what I need to do to obtain them? This disease is now damaging my kidneys so there is a chance my insurance company will approve the medications at last, but I'd like to purchase from Mesochem while the window is open rather than wait for the approval process via my insurance company. If it turns out I don't need the Mesochem product I'm sure someone in the US would be happy with it, so nothing lost.
