Hi Rasel,

Do you use solid solid dispersion technology like Beximco for the Lesovir?
Male, Fibro F1. Geno 1b. ALT 67 before treatment Viral load 5 million. My huge viral load replicates in my nervous system as I suffer anxiety.
Started Twinvir 12/12/15.
Two weeks
ALT 17 at 2 weeks
Viral Load UND at 2 weeks
ALT 13.5 at 7 weeks EOT
ALT 10.5 at 15 weeks EOT
ALT 13 at 27 weeks EOT, VL UND, Cured

Anyway both are good,

My choice wwould be beximco .
but each of these are big pharma companies and will not mess around with their reputation , so either twinvir or lesovir .

That's a big call.

While the pharmacokinetics of drug absorption can be important to the best of my knowledge nobody has demonstrated different clinical outcomes with the same DAA in a different formulation.

Can you point to a clinical trial that speaks to it?

Given these medications can be taken with our without food a slower/faster rate of absorption appears to have no impact.

I am just a patient who wants to be treated. I dont know which is better. Beximco claims to use solid solid dispersion.

If you think that twinvir have the same effect as lesovir than i will try to buy twinvir.
