Here is all the latest HCV treatment information from a panel of international experts.

It’s long and detailed (128 slides!) but well worth a read if you’re that way inclined.

    Dear Dr. Freeman,
Thank you very much for this usefull informations.
Regarding to slides , for GT4 treatment. Should I go with Epclusa or should I go with Sov/Dac.
We know there was big GT4 trial in Egypt for Sov/Dac but on the other hand slides shows Epclusa is newest treatment . I will make an order in this week for my treatment and I am still cant decide for which is the best option for me. (GT4) Also I am little nervous about if my doctor can manage the treatment with sov/dac or Epclusa without any guide study. Because they said that there is only one guide study in literature and it s harvoni.
I will be very gratefull if you share with me your advises.
    Thanks.

With GT4 I would definitely go with Sof/Dac. It is cheaper and better than Epclusa and the evidence it works in GT4 is huge with 1,000,000 treated with it now.

Polyps in the gallbladder will not cause any problem with treatment.

These polyps should however be watched to make sure they do not change size.
