    Go the 24 weeks. The insomnia will pass as you progress into tx. Good luck.and enjoy the ride. I took a bet each way and did 18 weeks sof/dac. However i was only f2/3. Dont risk it, hit it hard. Em

    I have completed my treatment and am just waiting on my SVR12 blood test to be done in four weeks. Undetected so far!!

    I also had insomnia most of the way through treatment but my general energy levels were so much better. I did get used to the insomnia and it didn’t trouble me too much at all.

    You are in very good hands. All the best for your treatment.

    Thanks Em and Lynne. I am doing 24 weeks sof/dac and have completed 15 weeks. Am also getting a few more hours sleep. All the best with your results.

    G2b, F4 cirrhosis (fibroscan 29.5 kPa), no prior treatment. Started sof/dac (from Kingswood) 17 Dec 2015 for 12 weeks. Continued with Sovaldi (via PBS) and dac (from Kingswood) 10 Mar 2016 for further 12 weeks.
    16 Dec 2015 = ALT 84 AST 99 VL 326,914
    19 Jan 2016 = ALT 19 AST 30 VL 22
    16 Feb 2016 = ALT 19 AST 27 UND
    31 May 2016 = ALT 20 AST 29 UND (EOT 24 wks)
