    dear doctor Freeman:

I already contact Alimul from Incepta. He said they do not have Corvigen anymore. Due to low demand. So I got three choice from him:

    1. Get separate pills (Hopetavir for Sofosbuvir and Virodacla for Daclatasvir)

    2. Use new pills Panovir (Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir)

    3. He can help to manage to get Darvoni (Sofosbuvir 400mg / Daclatasvir 60mg) from beacon.

I am not so sure which one is the best choice ? Please , need advise!

Thank you agin for helping me so much ! And all of you who share your info in the forum! Many thanks !

Either Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir or Sofosbuvir/Daclatasvir should work.

I would advise Sofosbuvir/Daclatasvir if it is available, but either is good. Incepta make both Twinvir and Corevigen

In terms of duration, unless you have cirrhosis then 12 weeks should be good.

What are you platelets? From that we can calculate APRI score and advise duration.

    Dr Freeman,

    My platelets is 204.
For ultrasound checking, the doctor say no cirrhosis for now. (check by ultrasound should be ok? )
And will the liver fat going to slow down the effect of Corevigen? if not i think i will start it asap.

Thank you so much! this website and forum really help me a lot!
and make me confidence after reading all sharing !

    Cheers,
    Mon

Hi Ahmonz, It is good that you are going to get your G6 treated. What medications do you take for your diabetes?

Hi Mnem, i am taking froxiga 10mg and Diamide (Gilbenclamide 5mg + Metfomin HC 500mg). i should take injection as well, but i stop it because can control the blood sugar after adding forxiga. but sometimes still have bad reading. depends on the diet.

    Dr Freeman,

    You mean the 100% cure of GT6 using Sofosbuvir 400mg / Daclatasvir 60mg ?
Because when i check greg’s blog, got few GT3 using this and relapsed after 24 week. that is why i thinking of Sofosbuvir 400mg / Ledipasvir 90mg. but seems all GT6 cure, i think i will go for Sofosbuvir 400mg / Daclatasvir 60mg !

    I might be the no-7 !!!

    Thanks again

Thanks for your reply, Gaj & Dr Freeman!
My doctor wanna use the old style interferon/ribavirin treatments to treat me, because the new treatment is not yet launch here. and the people here is getting their medicine from fixhepc.com if wanna try the new medicine. I think that is the reason he ask me to slim down. But i know the old treatment is not going to cure my hep C G6, because the doctor say it is difficult to handle G6, they never have this in Malaysia. and i can only afford government hospital, means they will only give what they have, and not looking to the new medicine at all.

If my liver fat problem not slowing down the effective of the Twinvir , can i start to use it ?
I got fat liver, hep C G6, HCV RNA quantitive 419800 IU/ML, AST 67, ALT 144, but no cirrhosis (base on ultrasound)
And i got diabetes, will it be a concern to take this pill?

Planning to get Twinvir (Sofosbuvir 400mg / Ledipasvir 90mg), but i dont know 12 week is good enough? Worry it will be relapsed…

Thanks for all your reply and comment.
