Ooooh LG – exciting for you, first bloods on tx!
That sentence is one to savourRe the bp monitors Omron is a good make – I’ve borrowed mine from a friend but will buy one soon. The doctor agreed but said most of them are good now as they are “calibrated” ?
My last one was a lloyds pharmacy one and there was a choice of a smaller or larger cuff size that you could buy separately. It was a cheapie one – think it was o.k but not as good as the Omron one.
Feeling fine, nothing to report!
That’s good !
I’m just taking that h&b B Vit complex again as the dosing doesn’t seem to be huge.
Are you continuing with the Lamberts complex?
Deb xHey LG and Ariel, looking at my fingernails now, you could be right!
Hope your headaches ease Ariel, some people seem to get them on this tx it seems.Got the bp meds changed today. Losartan. No adverse interaction with tx.,
As long as it works bringing my bp down I’ll be a happy bunny! Got bp machine also so will checkGlad all is going well
Deb x
Sorry LG, seemed to have missed a few posts recently.
Yes a bit foggy sometimes also, strange, was standing in the kitchen on the spot for ages in a trance and then just snapped myself out of it! I was thinking of literally nothing! Weird!
Going to GP re blood pressure tomorrow as its 160 ish over 90 something ish quite a lot of the time. I knew the half dose wouldn’t work, as I’ve tried that before, don’t know why I didn’t get myself organised pre tx and change bpmeds in advance. Also, the GP doesn’t know I’m on the generics. So not quite in a row after all! it’s strange the hospital sent him a letter ( I got the copy one) saying I was going on Harvoni and to reduce the bp meds to half. No mention of the generic. Probably didn’t want to unduly disturb him!
Think I will ask for a script for b12 also, I already get a Vit d script.
Sorry, I really should be updating on my thread, but yours is the big comfy living room!
Strange about the sweating and heat you describe maybe it’s the battle, being lost by the virus
How are you getting on today?
Going out now, back later, debs xxxPs will Deffo update on my thread next time, shouldn’t hi jack yours xxx
Late to the party again , but well done GAJ and it’s another outing for the banana!

All the best, you will be just fine!
Debs xxxGood grief Ariel!
Dramatic pic!
Yes just what I would do, meds first, most precious material thing!
No chance of anything like that here, it’s the opposite, freezing in the north of England! But god forbid there was a house fire….that’s what I’d do….
Glad the headache has gone……
Deb xxxThankyou for starting this fascinating discussion Tina, and and so sorry for the experiences of some of us who have had miscarriages etc. It’s made me quite emotional reading it. The untold story of this virus?
Just for the record I only had one baby, overdue and an adult now. My menopause seemed to be the normal time around age 52/ 53.
About the dry hair thing, thanks Ariel for the recommendation of Nioxin, I have heard of it, not tried it yet.
Debs xxxxHi Tina…..Ditto…..Past it…Unfortunately there may be few of us “ladies of a certain age”
Hi Zhuk, glad to read you are still doing good on tx, nice to see you popping up again
Thankyou Zhuk and Isaing,
