    Thanks Dr. James.

I tried to get tested not realizing I needed a prescription. Your team has helped me greatly. I’m gonna have a test done on my next visit. People have been suggesting that the doctor would push for a test if my numbers were abnormal.

“I’m gonna push for the test on my next dr visit either this Saturday or Monday”

I have read and read all i could find in reference to Lft and acute hbv. I’ve learned so much in the last few week. I’m going for a test (again) this time I’ll have a prescription because I’m gonna tell the doctor I want to be tested.

I’ll need to give her an explanation as to why I haven’t taken the Bactrim. I’d like to know I’m HBV free before I take any hepatoxic meds because as you and everyone who’s read the thread knows I HAVE NOT been tested.

I will post the info when it’s available.

    In the meantime I’m
sorry for being such a bother to everyone.

I’ve posted information pertaining to the test I had.

I posted my ast and alt levels, albumin, alkaline phosphatase
    Total bilirubin.

    I haven’t had a hepatitis test though.

I was asking if my numbers were similar to a infection?

Take a look at the thread if you haven’t already

    Thanks Vororo,

Lemme say, you guys are great people. I honestly feel good vibes from all of you guys regardless of anything, you have no idea how much it means to me to have someone step out of their own problems to try and help a stranger. Mind you I’m speaking of hbv, and you guys consistently keep trying to help me just proves you guys are not of this planet.. I’m sorry for being a freaken wimp knowing most you guys probably been thru REAL HELL compared to myself.

To answer your question Vororo, the stools have ranged from a yellow (fried foods look) to light brown, orangish brown to brown.. hard to explain man.

They haven’t been white, or grey at all though. Maybe your right. I’m no expert except at being a bag of fear

But what happens if I have acute hbv.? Do you think Bactrim may interfere with my body clearing the acute infection? Seeing how toxic it is.

Lets say –Hypothetically I have hbv, would doctors prescribe Bactrim knowing of my health condition?
Me not fully knowing the status has me on edge. I don’t wanna develop a chronic case by accelerating liver damage.

I’m a pest I know, but I’ve always been one to comprehensively check into things. How do my numbers look in comparison to a acute Hbv infection?

Soon I’ll be off this site and never return again except to say hello if I manage to stay alive. Help isn’t easy to find.

Hey thanks for the help, I’m just scared man. I did say I had symptoms which are still around. I mentioned me trying to go to a place that does testing, but wasn’t able to test without a doctors prescription. I was upset with that, i think we ought to be able to pay and find out without a doctors order. I only have test results that the Dr ordered.

The symptoms remain the same yellow stool, sometimes clay colored to brown with dark urine. I was just trying to get insight based on symptoms and lab results. I find it strange to have dark dark urine with negative bilirubin urinalysis… and 0.3 total bilirubin in the blood.

I read bactrim is pretty toxic on the liver and is known to increase bilirubin. I normally do as the doctor says but I don’t understand my total condition. That’s the 2nd Dr who went to the computer and picked up where the previous Dr left off. It’s difficult not having the same Dr. (Insurance issues) I’m paying out of pocket for everything

    Have some results from

    Cbc with differential platelet
    Cmp 12+8AC
    Lipid panel.

As if I know what this means
    Albumin,Serum 5.3
    Globulin 2.4
    Bilirubin, total 0.3
    Alkaline phosphatase 63
    LDH 176
    AST 30
    ALT40

    WBC elevated 13.5
    Neutrophils 8.8
    Lymphs 3.3
    monocytes 1.2
I’m no Dr, but I’d say my body is battling something. Dr prescribed me Bactrim. I’m reluctant to take it don’t wanna risk liver damage.

I’m reading where ppl that have hbv have it for years. Some clear the infection some don’t. I’m on all types of forums looking for information. Some clear it and some don’t.

    Thanks Dr. James

I’m more concerned with hbv since it’s 50 to 100 times more infectious. The encounter I had was more at risk for hbv. I’m very afraid emotionally out of it.
The thought that I can lose my job as well. Just too much on the brain right now. I just came from quest diagnostics trying to be a real man for a change. They don’t allow us to test w/o a prescription or some type of doctors note. It took courage from another planet to even go just to be turned away. I’m afraid at this point jaundice is next considering my bowel movements and dark urine color. I’m f’d up in the head right now.

    Thanks for the concern.
I’m a nervous wreck. I’m almost afraid to know, i just want my boring life back. If there’s anything going on I’ll say it’s hbv according to my (amatuer) research. I’ve literally been at gun point in a few occasions even shot at once before. I’d say the idea of an underlying health condition is much more frightening than anything I’ve ever been thru. So scared. I face danger when its necessary, I can’t face this like a man.

    Big thanks,

But to not worry is easier said than done. We are mad the same but our thoughts often differ. I’m a natural empath who’s helped strangers with rides, money and shelter. I’m no angel but very far from being a devil. I haven’t lived enough to be this consumed by fears. I don’t know what to do besides escaping my terrible adversity. What keeps me from ending things is simply the shock I’d cause on friends and family. Crazy thing is, I always dreamed that I’ll take matters into my own hands. In such a cruel world with humans full of judgement with little to no empathy until there in the driver’s seat without a wheel then they’d truly understand why some of us turn off the lights

Stool is still yellowish and sometimes clay colored just like the Google search results show. My urine is dark as well.. I fear the worse. I’m on the verge of suicide if I hear that I really have chronic hepatitis. I can’t function. I’m even afraid to know at this point.

Thanks for your help. The pics online via Google search (yellow stool, clay colored stool) looks close enough to my own. Thats whst scares me so much. Also my urine gets pretty dark daily. And all I’ve been drinking period is Poland springs for the past 1.5 weeks possibly 2. I’m hoping for the best but seeing the worse out of myself. Hbv vaccines should be mandatory for everyone. No one should have to be this frightened.

Are there any legitimate stool samples so I could do a visual comparison from a official website? My stool scares me. It’s pointing to liver damage imo. I’d really like a solid idea of what the stool looks like? Freaking out everytime I use the BR.

Dr. James, I assure you I’m not gay. Had to say that because I love you man. Your a great guy. You responded with such detail just the right touch of humor & what you and your team does is out of this world.

I’m a nervous wreck over here having different urine and bowel movements is quite alarming, constant stomach bubbling right after I eat, gas. For me that says something is going on I’m still very afraid.

I want to say all those antibiotics must be the cause for my symptoms but I’m no doctor. I literally have to re read your response a million times to keep myself calm a small bit. I can say you’re literally a godsend.

If I didn’t have this periodical gurgling stomach and bowel movements on the brown yellow side along with dark urine I’d be at ease.
