I guess 4 weeks is better that waiting another 6 months and paying today’s amount of $80,000, I feel blessed that this opportunity has come my way. Although can I say that desperate heppers will do almost anything to get themselves in the position to treat with the best at that particular time. Just look at klhilde’s efforts over the past few weeks, it just blows my mind the amazing people I have met over the past 10 years in my journey to cure this disease. Having done extended IFN/Riba/PI tx previously (63 weeks) I wonder in amazement how some did 96 and longer weeks to ultimately fail tx and remember this was chemotherapy, essentially. E m

    Hi Phoenix

Well my api’s took all of 3 days to arrive from China to customs and then another 2 weeks from customs to Tassie/testing/compounding etc. So if in Australia I would say 3 weeks. Em

    Hi Berinice

I personally didn’t mind the ribavirin and my RBC and Haemo didn’t tank even when overdosing to 1400mg daily. Em

    Hi Nadia

Welcome to our lil forum and look forward to hearing all about your journey from this point. I’m sure you will do okay with these drugs and slay the dragon. It’s great that your liver is still in good shape so I’m expecting an easy SVR for you, fingers crossed anyway. Em

Well if I were the Minister for Health I think I would be looking to by directly from Mesochem or FixHepC Buyers. This would save the Australian Government a fortune however I’m sure they wouldn’t have the backbone to entertain such a move. Em

My understanding is that ribavirin isn’t be needed if doing sofosbruvir/daclatasvir combo for 12 weeks, particularly with minimal scarring. Cirrhotics should consider extending to 24 weeks and or including ribavirin however trial with this combo indicates that there is no real benefit of ribavirin however, these trials were very small in comparison to other ns5a trials. I don’t think previous non response or relapse has much bearing on the inclusion of ribavirin but rather the scarring etc. I am a geno 1b, relapser with F2/3 scarring and I’m seriously considering extending tx but I’m comfortable to not include ribavirin? Back from holidays and hopefully picking my package up tomorrow. Em

    Welcome Sean

Not sure what the legal process is for Ireland but I would sus out a friendly GP to write your script. Just ro clear up one other point buying from mesochem doesnt require being part of a reseaxh project but wod help. It’s the script that is important and they would prefer to be batching the apis to someone like Dr Freeman. It can happen if you want, just read all the info that dr freeman has placed on here. Parixularly about the process, doxumentation etc. Dr Freeman also runs GP2U a skype GP clinic, some others from OS are booking appointments jist to nail down a course of action. Em

    Hi sirchinenge

Well Dr Freeman can provide ongoing consultation/care, scripting, api testing and compounding. Now GP2U is batching individual orders in consultation with mesochem and as this system expands Dr Freeman will be able to provide better pricing and perhaps the ability to have the testing done free of charge. Lets hope this supply chain holds firm so that this service can become so much more. Em

So Archer you are in oz hey? Just book in and talk to Dr Freeman get a script and get this done. I’m really not sure why you are cautious with mesochem I have not seen one bad thing written this company and I’ve seen a few receive API’s and I can assure you that not much too much has changed apart from the need for a script. Perhaps your concern is more about the script situation post 4/10 announcement via Greg’s blog? I finalised my package after this announcement and mine is here being tested as we speak and there is a fair chance yours will be from the same batches. Anyway, mesochem will fill your script for sofosbuvir and dalatasvir with 36g of sofosbuvir and 6g of dalatasvir (approx) and from this end there is absolutely no issue with customs, in fact GP2U send your documentation directly to them. Customs know what’s happening here. I know you are desperate to access so please stop reading all the side conversations and look at the people who have recently accessed. We are here and supporting others but I don’t know, maybe we have been infiltrated by big pharma and from some of the alarmist conversations I really I don’t know ? I can assure you that based on information from Tassie Buyers and discussions I’ve had with rachel from mesochem, this supply chain still happening. Who else but the Chinese to stick in to the FDA backed American Pharma , kings in grass castles I’d say. Get this done Archer. Em
