I did exactly as dr Freeman said with the following “improvements”:
1. Instead of buying 1mg scale (which can be expensive) I borrowed one from local manufacturer’s representative. I had to pay deposit.
2. purchased a certified 50mg weight (just to be sure the scale is correct). It is unnecessary but I just wanted to be sure.
3. purchased capsule machine “0” size in case to not keep each capsule in fingers every time i put material there;
4. purchased smallest available glass funnel (standard equipment in laboratories), which fits perfectly into a capsule, and was 4cm wide at the top (enough to put material into a capsule);

I did not use filters, average weight of 1 capsule was 61 mg (out of 96), It took me 4 hours to fill in all capsules.
