    I just read a post about stigma and it reminded me of the last occasion I was asked if I knew how I got the virus by the gp that was writing my script for Harvoni.
    I replied how does my answer effect you writing my script?
    it didn’t.
    I guess it’s just human curiosity/noseyness.

    so glad when the meds come and the virus is gone….

    So what is a good diet to have?

    Lately, I’ve been having carrot juices, beta carotene seems to suppress anti viral treatment along with pumpkin, spinach and sweet potato.
    Also iron…no more beef for a while?
    No nuts, seeds?
    Should I take Vit B12 and Vit d on treatment?

    I did the 6 day Cradle Mountain walk 2 years ago. It is the most wonderful experience – if you get the opportunity, do it!
