That is above my pay grade. If I were an insurer, I would be huddling with my legal beagles coming up with a release from liability form for clients to sign who opted for clinical trial treatment coverage.
Since it makes sense, I doubt they will do that.

Well,
This is a trial sanctioned by the National Institute of Health. Just exactly who do they think they are?
They are purporting to be “medical facilitators”. In medicine, the mantra is “do no harm”.
They are causing harm by omission.
They aren’t worthy of the name MedHelp.
MedHarm would be more appropriate.
I really thought they would finally have to acknowledge that generics are legitimate and affordable.
Sad.

If just one person finds help before it gets zapped, it will be beyond worth. If (when) that is deleted, she should be reported to the management. Surely, she can’t disparge the NIH and get away with it. That would cause harm in a venue that is supposed to do the opposite.

An update on U.S. importation:

The packages seem to be arriving with few issues. If you do experience a problem with Customs, the FDA, the supplier or shipper, please email.
Also, everyone’s success story needs to be told. Each one helps dispel peoples’ “conditioned” mistrust of imported medications.
These are real.
They work.
They are affordable.

This is not really about politics. This is about a government who, in my case, forced a generation to go to war in a country many of them did not know existed.
The whole point I am trying to make is this: If you are going to force people to go to war or go to jail, you should damn well take care of them when they get home.
That is the least they can do.
Many fought, were injured or died to protect the system that Gilead is using to make billions and they are being denied treatment because it costs too much.
