Bull Pharmachem is one of the most reliable suppliers of Greg Jefferys, if you read his blogs. There are other distributors too from whom people on this forum have bought and have been verified. Dr. Freeman can probably help you more on the reliability of the specific distributors.

I was also speaking to a Chinese friend of mine and he said that the average Chinese person would prefer trusting a foreign company over their own companies manufacturing these active ingredients there. Also there is a lot of issue of counterfeit drugs in China too. Have you been achieved SVR12?

Hi mgalbrai, even though mesochem is known for the good quality tested API’s, seems people in China prefer more of the licensed generics.

There is also option 4. that I went, travel directly to India.Yes Geno1b4, in the current scenario that option looks the best, that is what even i did. Though slightly expensive, but makes the whole episode completely safe. Quite disturbing news that Gilead wants to ban the generics while they were the ones who licensed their sale.

There is corruption everywhere from USA to Ukraine to India . I am from Ukraine and importing meds for personal use is totally restricted but still there are people importing based on their personal contacts in the customs or by bribing. darbara, it seems abal was registered just today on the forum. dear abal could you please share more information on who you are? whether you have hepatitis c? were you scammed from any supplier? if yes there is a seperate thread to name and shame such suppliers.

Any reputed pharmacy needs to show a prescription on file to Pharma company for every schedule drug sold. or they WILL lose license when caught and blacklisted by DCGI. No pharmacy will risk its license(costs lakhs of rupees and decades of business) to sell meds to a foreigner without a prescription. There is definitely something phishy here.

Hopefully UND within one week.I was clearly told by Greg before traveling to India that when you buy locally in India a prescription may not be required because a prescription from a foreign doctor would anyway not make sense for these distributors and that they can arrange a prescription from the local doctor. There are a lot of online pharmacies delivering at your doorstep like netmeds.com , pharmeasy, 1 mg and a few others in India which are selling 100% genuine medicines with the right price. I have had the first hand experience of dealing with the Indian pharmacies and distributors. So it is completely genuine to get the Meds delivered to you at your doorstep,unless one distributor is trying to defame the other one with wrong marketing practices.

Hopefully UND within one week.yes darbara, i landed in Mumbai last night. staying in a hotel in south mumbai area called colaba , about 45 minutes drive from the International Airport. Contacted Mr. Jain from Bull pharma and visited their office, but they are an online pharmacy with their storages on the outskirts of the city, hence i was told the bottles will be delivered in an hour to my hotel. The office is in a busy area in a crowded lane. WIthin an hour Mr. Jain was at my hotel with 3 bottles of Ledifos the retail price as mentioned on the box is INR 75000 for 3 bottles, i was offered a discount of 10% and hence paid a round amount of INR 67000. The entire process took hardly 10 minutes where i verified the medicines quality certificate and their instructions to use certificate which is in the bottle itself.He explained me more about the pharma market and about the places in Mumbai. I know the prices could be slightly lesser, but reliability seemed important and i was offered good discount so i was happy. I am flying back to Ukraine on the 17th and if there is anyone else on this forum who wants to know more can write to me without any hesitation.

Hopefully UND within one week.what is the best possible way to ensure that the indian distributors are reliable? Personally i would first ensure the reliability of the supplier then the quality and then the price. I am travelling to Mumbai next week, is there anything that this forum wants me to find out in India?
I was getting the meds shipped by those suppliers on Indiamart, but i chose to travel and buy them myself since I was scared of buying counterfeit drugs which greg said correctly said that india is known for scams.
Can i buy from Hetero company or Natco company directly ?
