why do they show a dentist? Do they feel we can get Hep C at the dentist?

Right now the hives seem to be staying the same. They are not better. I did take an antihistamine but I am going to increase the dose. I plan to see either my dermatologist or internist ASAP.

I do not want to stop my Hep C medication! I will do as you suggested and try not taking it for one day. I am not willing to go more than one day.

I felt like you did, that if it were the Hep C meds I would have broken out with hives a lot sooner than this. At this point, I just want them to go away and if I can just take the antihistamine for the next 4 weeks, that would be my preference.

I will keep you updated! Thank you very much for your response.

One more thing I forgot to ask about was calcium. I was instructed when I had my sleeve gastrectomy to have 1500 mg of calcium citrate per day.

    Is this okay during treatment?

thank you again! I hope it is because I’ve been taking it and totally forgot about it as a supplement.

Thank you very, very much! I was hoping this would be the case and I thought there would be no reason to continue the milk thistle anyway.

i am very excited that there is a good chance I will be cured! You are so wonderful!

The main ones I want to continue taking are Collagen, Glucosamine /chondroitin and gelatin. I really feel that these have been helpful with my arthritis. My fingers used to lock up all the time and would be stuck and I couldn’t bend them. Since I have taken these, this went away. My rheumatologist felt they would also be helpful with the pain in my knees.

My gastroenterologist put me on milk thistle years ago and I wondered if I should continue this since he felt it was helpful for my liver. I wondered if this is why my biopsies were all a number 1 when they rated them and they were done at 3 years after the diagnosis and then repeated 7 years after that. All 3 biopsies were the same.

Also, I feel I should continue my vitamins because of my sleeve gastrectomy, I don’t absorb everything from food and my meals are very tiny. I take b12 and D

I don’t understand why it would not be better to separate the Protonix by 12 hours. Wouldn’t it be better to I take my Protonix at bedtime and Harvoni in the morning?

I will give my credit card number to fixhepC to get the new additional medication if I am able to get it through you. Please let me know if I need to have my doctor send in an additional prescription.

I already purchased the medication. I have already paid for it. I don’t imagine it can be returned.

I normally take Protonix at bedtime, around midnight.

Do I need to have my dr. send in another prescription to add to what has been sent to me? I have a 12 week supply of HEPCVIR L

    What should I do?
