Who are these folks? I've yet to see a Indian vendor offer to sell to overseas without
some type of Script.

My understanding is Indian chemists don't keep these drugs in stock they are ordered in
as they are requested. I hope I'm wrong..........

And, not only that, these medicines are prescription ony in India. Now, there are always ways around this in India, and I know of people obtaining hepc DAA's from there without a prescription. But, buyer beware: There are plenty of scammers and rip-off merchants in this section of the market. You need to be sure of the supply chain unless you have money and time to throw away.

The Hepcinat LP availability is just round the corner. I’ve read somewhere, that Indian generic medicine is better quality. Twinvir is my back up option.

Not sure what people are basing their assertions on that Hepcinat LP is better than Twinvir, Dan. Probably just internet hype generated by vested interests. Dr Freeman has tested Twinvir (results available in the Twinvir versus Lesovir-c thread) and found the two API's, Sofosbuvir and Ledipasvir, to both match the benchmark. It's hard to imagine how this can be improved upon, unless the Hepcinat LP tastes a bit better, or has prettier packaging, or something unimportant like that.

I think the Nacto product may be better in maintaining the standarts. We cannot test every pill. Or how the API suppliers can supply consistently the same quality of the APIs to Incepta. And the test is not the whole story. The trial in persons is the whole story.

However, we can say the other that twinvir may be better than Hepcinat LP but only after comparing the trials of both meds.

I read somewher (I think it was Greg's blog) that Incepta uses Mesochem API's, so no problem there. Incepta is an internationally accredited manufacturer and supplier using state-of-the-art industrial plant, so no problem there. I don't know where Natco get their API's (maybe make their own?), but the only 'advantage' (if that's what it can be called) that they have over Incepta is that they are manufacturing under licence from Gilead (there, I managed to spit that word out).

I've read that Hepcinat LP already available in Nepal. India is next.

How have you concluded that any of these companies have higher standards then another?

Both drugs works effectively anything else is pure obfuscation based on mere opinion.

Since generic harvoni have Ledvir been registered since march why so much delay for the Mylan? It was needed the Bangladeshi to force the india to lauch them now.

This seller that sells on indiamart have this photo of the products Hepcinat LP. I wonder why the face on the left of the box (red line) is diffrent for two diffrent boxes. They are supposed to be the same.

They have attached a thin paper on old boxes of Hepcinat. They have attached it wrongly in one box.
