Good news in the pipeline for patients who have unfortunately relapsed. High sustained virologic response achieved with sofosbuvir/velpatasvir and GS-9857, even in patients unsuccessfully treated with direct-acting antivirals The study showed that 99% of patients with HCV genotype 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 who had previously received treatment, achieved SVR 12 weeks after treatment using this triple combination. The clinical trials are in phase 3, so it won’t be long ppl. Just so you know, GS-9857 is a Gilead drug, no problem Mesochecm will have that formulation copied and ready to sell before you could say, what $94,000??? lol I don’t know for certain, but I think the name of experimental compound GS-9857 is voxilaprevir, see the 2nd link. Hopefully this information helps someone, somehow. :cheer:
