Hi all

I've had Hep C Genotype 1b since at least the early 90s. I had my round with interferon and ribavirin in 2008 and lost . I started Twinvir treatment on 20 January, and finished on 12 April. 11 weeks post EOT I'm still undetected and I have cause for confidence that I'm finally rid of the virus.

My thanks goes to Leon and the good people at Incept Pharmaceuticals in Bangldesh, as well as to the UAE MoH for permitting very easy importation of the Twinvir I required to treat the virus.

Great news Diplomat, many congrats!! Always glad to hear about a new generic rebel reaching their SVR!! Spread the word that you don't have to wait around until your sick enough for your insurance company to pay for Gilead's over priced drug when generics will give you the same result. Get screwed Gilead!!

G1a dx'd in 1992, Biopsy F2 VL 8mill +. Tried tx with Interferon/Riba, back in 2008 didn't last long it felt horribly ugly!! I stopped tx, after 5 weeks!!
Started tx 6/1/16 with Harvoni.

From those blood results it looks like you treated just in the nick of time.

Nice to see the platelets get back into triple digits!

Make sure to have regular screening for HCC with AFP/US/CT/MRI for the next few years at least
