My tiredness or fatigue is like weakness in the knees and if you have ever had pneumonia it is that kind of weakness. A total lack of energy. I have had extremely high stress levels so I took a three month leave of absence from my last job started a new one that didn't work out after two weeks. I have been running on adrenaline for the last month but now that I am away from all the work politics and drama I am exhausted. My week knees started when I started exclusa but I put it down to my toxic stress levels but that wasn't it at all. Now that my adrenaline has subsided i am sweet of my extreme fatigue!
