I've been answering quite a few queries from patients who have (had) hep C and may or may not have fibrosis/cirrhosis.

While it's true no vaccine is 100% safe or 100% effective the vaccines that have made it to the market are very safe and very effective. Covid is not a safe disease to get - it is 2-3% fatal and a significant number of people who don't die have long-term problems (the so-called long covid).

Without vaccination, almost 100% of us will eventually get it.

Getting vaccinated is much safer than not. Current Hep C or cured Hep C or liver fibrosis or cirrhosis are not contraindications (reasons not) to get vaccinated.
