If you have a look at the map in the EASL presentation you will notice that patient density essentially relates to "English speaking" countries.

If you speak English as a second language converting the attached presentation into your native language, and adding a "translated by X X" comment would make this information far more widely available, particularly if the translated versions were then posted on the native language Hep C forums around the world (probably as PDF rather than PPTx because it's easier to read it on any device).

If you have the skills, your translation might be the most important 1 hours work you ever do in terms of global impact.

James, thank you for presentation!

Could you please clarify - which brands of generics were used for REDEMPTION-1 trial, which result was presented at EASL-2016? Is this correct, that Bangladesh-made drugs was used (like Twinvir, Lesovir-C, Daclacee, Daclavir) and "chinese API" drugs? What is timeline of REDEMPTION-1 trial?

Is this correct that indian NS5A generics is used mainly in ongoing REDEMPTION-2 and REDEMPTION-3, not in REDEMPTION-1 trial?
Probably infected in 1977

2005-2006 - PegIFN/rib 48 weeks treatment, relapse
2016 - compensated F4, MELD 8-9, ALT 100-160
2018 - compensated F4, MELD 8, ALT 91

Yes, in terms of timelines Chinese generics started for me last March, by Late May there was Indian Sofosbuvir but no NS5A, just RIBA. In August the Bangladesh stuff starts to arrive. So almost all the SVR4/12/24 relate to this, because....

The first of the Indian generic Harvoni and Daclatasvir appears on 15th December so the SVR4s from that are just starting to arrive given shipping, 12 weeks treatment, 4 weeks and then the 1-2 week test delay.

We do have the first few Indian SVR4s trickling in.
YMMV

Thank you very much. Yes, it will require several weeks/months to collect SVR data for indian NS5A generics, especially for 24 weeks courses.
