What is the best time for it ? I started at about 3 pm then gradually moved it later until today I taken it at 10 pm. Now it is 2 am and I feel wide awake. Could be coincidence as we had guests and some exciting conversations together with coffee. What fellow DAAs patient think ? Another quick question - I do not see dates on posts on this forum , is there any way to know when a particular post been made ? Thank you all Diagnosed September 2016. 1b ALAT in 40s. | Hi C., I am not sure if there is really a "best time" to take the medication. When I started the tx I had the same question in my mind and reading other's opinions as well as the "technical documentation" (leaflet) of the medication, I had the impression it does not matter too much in the case of SOF+LED. So I took my pills at 22:00 in the evening, ~2-3 hours after dinner (neither on empty stomach, neither on full stomach). | I also took mine on waking. Set alarm, woke up and swallowed I thought that best for 'getting in the habit' and remembering same time each day. Kept meds by bedside in a daily labelled pill box, so brain fog didn't confuse me about whether I'd swallowed the meds or not.
