The national healthcare system from Romania just announced the status of the negotiations for the interferon-free treatment. (

If you are an HCV patient from Romania having F4, F3, or F2 with comorbidities, there is hope to get the DAA treatment via the healthcare system (the number of treatments that will be offered is limited).
But if you are a patient having a F0, F1 or F2 (without comorbidities) fibrosis, you need to take into account that the healthcare system provided no answer about when you will access the interferon-free treatment. HCV generic drugs work, so take your time to study the information on this website and decide your faith.
