Genotype 1b 30+ years, F0-F1, VL 91,000 Feb 2015 (740,000 in 2010), Tx naive. Ordered Sof/Dac from Buyers Club 21 Sept, received 14 Oct. | Wonderful news for both of you Lives in Bendigo, Victoria No prior treatment Genotype 1b Fibroscan 0 (only showed a bit of a fatty liver) Diagnosed in February 2015 Currently on my last week of treatment taking led/sof Last LFT normal Insomnia the only side effect Undetected at 4 weeks SVR4 - undetected - all bloods good and GP very happy SVR12 bloods to be done at end of April 2016 SVR12 - undetected!!! Good for you both had my fingers crossed for the young lad. Congrats Geno1a 35years fibrosis 2 or 3 different results from different hospitals ?? 24weeks mesochem sof/led as unsure of fibrosis status. currently UND. Congratulations Cindi! It was the right decision, and putting the story on the forum was the right decision too. Thank you for that. We have to go with the best information we have sometimes. Sometimes waiting for more data, more reassurance, just more wait, wait, wait is the wrong decision. Dr. Freeman made the right decision and you made the right decision .... and that would still be true even if we didn't have these results yet ... the attempt had to be made at some point and you decided that NOW was the time and you went for it. Good for you .... Good Mother. And now that you've done it, and shared the experience here on the forum, maybe it will be the thing that is needed to get others to make the decision too. Again, thank you for that. And ... I should probably apologize for my insensitive little joke about the possum.
