Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with the process once payment is made do you receive an email about your order or when it will be placed ?

Hi, I got an email saying that my funds had been received and I was in the next outgoing order, I think I read that it usually takes around 3 weeks for you to get the meds, give or take a week.

I wouldn't start panicking yet, I rang them up around the 14th and the phone was picked up quickly, I did however send my first email to them using a gmail account but it didn't send for some reason something about 'invalid domain name' maybe I hit a wrong key? Anyways I just used my iSP email and no problems, they got back to me the same day or the next I can't recall exactly.

I received an email a couple of days after I sent the order and money. If possible give them a ring and speak to them. Then you will definitely know they have received the order. They are very efficient. Good Luck.

Hi joan thanks for replying ive actually sent 4 emails and rung 3 times over the Last 2 weeks but have had no calls back was getting a bit worried i suppose ill try ring again i rung 3 days ago left a message i might ring again

If you have sent a bank transfer/ consent forms and have had no response you need to contact
The Buyers club and let them know.

You should receive replies as the process starts and continues.

Hi Tysonsnowy.My name is David and I have been answering the phone here at the Buyers club for the last 4 weeks, I cannot understand why you have not been answered if you have called 3 times because if calls are missed patients are called back. We talked on both the 13th of October and this afternoon.

I can confirm your payment was received on the 15th, two emails have been sent to you, your medication has been shipped from the manufacturer and it is expected to clear customs over the weekend.

Don't panic! Things are progressing and your medication will be with you - probably in just over another week.

Yes, indeed. Tonight the new automated software will get rolled out of testing and into production. With any luck it should reduce the 200 emails a day that say more of less the same thing: "Where are my medications?" by providing real time tracking links like you get for Fedex/DHL/EMS etc.
