I think there are currently three ways.
1)
Dr. Freeman is running a research test on Twinvir and several other drug combos ... he's using meds from four different Pharma companies if I remember correctly.
If he is still accepting applicants for these studies (I'm unclear on this) I believe his team is shipping internationally for this purpose.

2) A member here by the name of
Parvez works for Incepta. You can PM him directly, here on this site, and ask the question.
Again, I'm unclear whether he can ship internationally or if you would need to pick up the meds in Dhaka. Best to ask him.
