This is how I did it in the U.S.
I have modified a bit for you:
First: How hard is it to get a small package shipped into your country from China? How about chemicals or medicines?
Find out if you need anything special. from your government. Then:
1. Email Rachel at:

2. Tell her you are a researcher with a university in your home country and need a quote for the APIs you need. Say as little as possible. A research Company or group should work as well
3. Put the university or company/group name on the line below your name and above your home address
4. Put some initials or a title after your name
5. Wire the money to the Mesochem bank account Rachel will furnish
6. Be at home a few days later to sign for your package
7. Make sure to put your country's international code in front of your entire phone number
8. Order AWS digital mg scales from ebay-$20 or somewhere
9. Order "00" profunnel from
www.torpac.com or something similar
10. Get well
