Hi 2weeks into treatment feeling flu like, sore joints and some stomach pain . Just had my first blood test so hoping to see some improvement .
Have been hepc for the last 30 to 40 years no idea where I got it from have tried to trace medical records but not easy as back then records not as good as to days records.
I have been a nurse for the last 40 years off an on working at the moment but have taken sick leave as suffering from brain fog so not a good look has anyone else had good results from these drugs should love to hear thanks Lynn

Welcome Lynn, I am on Sof/Vel too, nearing end of 12 week treatment. I was undetected at 4 weeks so have reasonable expectations to maintain that. Keep reading the threads here, maybe search the term flu to see what others have said. One thing that all of us need to consider when we feel flu/like is that it IS the flu. Go easy, and remember to keep up your fluid intake :) Let us know how you get on.

Hi Lyn
I am HCV free for almost two years because of these meds. The 12 week tx period went super fast after the first four weeks. I agree read some blogs here and you will find many people who have various sx but almost everyone clears the virus and life begins again for real. The brain fog starts lifting the energy levels increase the immune system starts to behave it really is a miracle and we are so very lucky to have this opportunity and this forum to get the best care possible.
Looking forward to hearing your labs as you go through tx and wishing you the best outcome.
Sending happies for your tx
