Annasnow Offline New Member spring is coming ! Posts: 19 Thank you received: 28	I've been off tea and coffee the whole time and still am, trying to not anger the reflux dragon. Slept propped up with pillows and googled 'low reflux diet, low GERD...etc somewhat helped and trust my peppy acid gave the meds a boost to work. I used Gaviscon (regular Aniseed flavour) when necessary - used about 2/3rds of a 500ml bottle over the 12 weeks. I am hoping to stay off the PPI's !
