Hi Banoru! Welcome. t's your doctors Perscription for hep C treatment medication.

And you may find it tricky to get one in England. Best to use a service such as GP2U in which you have an online appointment and get your script. Doesn't cost very much. You will find a link to it through this site (or google it.) You need to know your genotype and level of fibrosis.

When I try to book a doctor appointment with gp2u they ask me for my Medicard or DVA , in UK we don't have that , do you know where can I get it ?
I also don't know my genotype, I think is 1.
My fibrosis is 7.7
Do you think I should talk with my UK Doctor wich can give me some document proving I am HEPC to show it to the gp2u?

You definitely need to know your genotype, so check that with your doctor.
I'm not sure about the other issue, I can't remember being asked for anything like a Medicard, could someone else shed some light?

Yes as Debs says, you definitely need to know your Genotype.
About DVA (Veterans Affairs) and Medicare, these are for Australians only, so you just leave them blank.

Medicard or DVA are Australian medical ID cards. I guess your UK equivalent is probably your NHS number(?) so use that or just skip that field if it allows you.

Any medical records you can provide to gp2u regarding your HCV will help, so Fibrosis, Genotype, Liver function and other blood tests and a letter or other document from your Doctor will all help.
