Epclusa, Gilead's Sofosbuvir/Valpatasvir combo, appears to be close to approval in Europe and the target decision date in the US is June 28. finance.yahoo.com/news/european-chmp-ado...inion-112500863.html Edit: Another report www.fiercebiotech.com/biotech/new-gilead...ins-chmp-green-light Mesochem has Velptasvir, but Dr. Freeman has pointed out that it is not in a readily absorbable form and is therefore unsuitable for home compounding. | |

| Hi Everybody, looking at the information available about Velpatasvir and Ledipasvir, we can see that both are NS5A inhibitors. In my understanding, this means that they do action in similars ways in the replication process of the HCV virus ..... So, let's assume that one gets treated with Sofosbuvir+Ledipasvir and ...will unfortunately relapse. Does it make any sense to get treated again, but this time with Sofosbuvir+Velpatasvir? P.S. perhaps it is a stupid question, but my logic got locked on this.... Cheers, RHF In fiecare an HCV ucide peste 500000 oameni.Medicamentele generice pentru hepatita C functioneaza. Nu deveni statistica! Cauta pe Google “medicamente generice pentru hepatita C”. HCV kills more than 500000 people every year. HCV generic drugs work. Don't become a statistic. | I've read somewhere, that it's strong against RAVs, if I find the article, I will post. No doubt real world results should show a truer picture? Velpatasvir is more potent against certain RAVs Look at it this way. RAVs are like tolerance to alcohol, so while enough beer might still make you drunk scotch will do the job faster! YMMV | |
