Maybe the sight of this odd fellow is worth its weight in gold for public awareness of what is happening with Hep C and meds?

Otherwise, I am totally fascinated by this guy: his grinning completely incongruent with what was being talked about (human suffering). Or he could have been responding to some stimuli unseen by others in the room. If so, I hope there is appropriate psychiatric followup in Leavenworth after the FBI finish with him for his other peccadillos.
