Dear Dr. Freeman, How do you encapsulate these Dac-fillers? What are the ingredients? What is needed for Sofosbuvir? How many grams? Ingredients? Is this also possible? Thanks for answering! Live life

Hi Live life I am glad you posted this because I also have questions about encapsulating the Mesochem APIs. 1. What size capsules are needed for 400mg sofosbuvir / 60mg daclatasvir? 2. I am doing it myself and I understand that fillers are not required. Is that correct? 3. Once encapsulated, do the capsules need to be stored in the fridge? Once stored correctly, can they be expected to remain viable for 6 months from date of encapsulation, provided that the dry bag of powder as shipped had an expiry date of at least one year? Thanks, dointime

Hi I will wait for the good doctor to answer this however I've had the same conversation with him at my last skype visit. Apparently there are options here but best to use a vegetable extract filler and can be compounded using digital scales and filler kits. Really fiddly but can be done, for $70AU I'm having mine done by a compound chemist. Re the filler name eludes my brain atm and with these drugs there is no need to use with fats for better absorption like with ribavirin and other meds, that's assuming you're not using ribavirin.. Storage I believe is room temperature within reason but like I said, James will get back to you on this. Em Geno 1b F2/3 snce early 80s. Treated in 2008_9 for 63 weeks on INF/Riba. I don't think it would be an issue as long as you've got the measurement/mix right. I'm downing both at the same time so same same. Em Geno 1b F2/3 snce early 80s. was it mixed to a ratio of 400 sofo to 60mg dac before you capped them? Or are we talking 50/50? That wouldn't work but the previous would. Em Geno 1b F2/3 snce early 80s.
