Hi Dr Freeman I thought this was the best thread to share with you my blood test results after ONLY two weeks on Sof/Led
 AST 17 - ALT 10 - GGT 19 Bilirubin 0,49 Alkaline Phosfotase 49 Rheumatoid Factor 32 Albumin 4,5 Glucose 78 Insulin 8 Complete blood count - all normal range Viral Load and two other tests will be ready later in the week. Cryoglobulin and Glycated Hemoglobin Blood transfusion in 1992 - Diagnosed in 2007
Tx naive -G1b - F1 VL 2.270.000 ALT 40 Start tx June 4th/2016 with DAAs - Sof/Led from India Bloods on two weeks of tx (June 18th) AST 17 - ALT 10 - GGT 19 Virus UND Bloods on six weeks of tx (July 16th) AST 17 - ALT 8 - GGT 12 Virus UND EOT on August 8th (did 9 weeks and 3 days) SVR 4 Virus UND (September 7th) AST 13 - ALT 5 SVR 14 Virus UND (November 12th) |

A great result after 2 weeks Like  gt 1a VL 6m
F2/3 FibroScan - 9KPa in 2011 and 7KPa in 2015 sof/dac 10 December for 12 weeks pre tx alt 85 ast 51 4 wk alt 34 ast 31 UND <35 8 wk alt 29 ast 32 UND <15 12wk alt 25 ast 25 EOT 3.3.16 SVR24 UND KPa5.3 F0 in normal range I am well .forever grateful to fixhepc |

Hi Meg
These results are very good after only 2 weeks of treatment. ALT 10 AST 17 You should be very confident that your viral load will be very low or not detectable when it comes back next week. GT2 1983: Hospitalised with Acute non-A, non-B Hepatitis after ICU blood transfusion 3mths earlier => HCV GT2
22/02/16: (pre-tmt) ALT 61, VL 2.48 IU/ml Hepascore 0.32 (F1/2), fatigue, brain fog, bloating (Treatment Naïve) 10/04/16: (Start tmt) Sofovir +DaclaHep (SOF + DCV) by Hetero Labs in India 09/05/16: ALT 34, VL: NOT Detected , FBG 11.9  17/6/16 FBG 5.7; PPBG (@14.22) 6.9 (@ 20.45) 7.1; BP 124/72 (Accu-Chek Mobile & Omron Auto BP Monitor) |

Harvoni treatment, started 19 March 2016 4 week results Bilirubin 12 down from 14 pre treatment, Gamma 25 down from 52, ALT 19 down from 63, AST 19 down from 47, VL <15 down from a lazy 6 million or so EOT Results Bilirubin 10, GGT 18, ALT 19, AST 21, VL UND 12 Weeks post EOT Bilirubin 11, GGT 16, ALT 22, AST 20, VL UND Cured baby |

I am! I remember when I had no idea how to navigate this site and just jumped in on your thread to ask about generic DAA.
How fast time went by between my decision to get help, to receiving the meds in my country to actually having these amazing results in just TWO weeks after starting tx. Not that my liver enzymes were very high to begin with , but I NEVER had them so low for many years. Besides the numbers shown in the bloods- I am feeling so so much better. More focused, more energetic, more optimistic. Side effects have been mild too. Except for three days (days 5 - 7 and 13) with intense fatigue - and few episodes of heart burn on the first week - this tx has been very easy on me. So far so good and I know it is one day at the time.  Just need to learn how to get those happy emoticons! That one is so adorable!. Thank you Beaches. Blood transfusion in 1992 - Diagnosed in 2007

Yes I thank you so much Dr Freeman for the pioneer work you are doing and Greg Jefferys for having sent me the meds all the way from India!
I am so so happy! I just looked at the internet for the VL results (expecting that it would be ready tomorrow only) but there it was: UNDETECTABLE! Wow what a feeling. Wish everyone this big smile and gratitude I am feeling right now. Yes I know it is a "longish" way to SVR but to be undetectable in just two weeks is so pretty amazing!
