Here is some data about adding sofosbuvir to salvage patients who failed either Zepatier, or Viekira.

I think I heard that Zepatier and Sof works great for type 3's. If I'm not mistaken, they achieved 100% of failed prior responder type 3's.

Hi Splitdog,
Here is the EC50 in GT3 for all the drugs. ABT-493/ABT-530 are Maviret (G/P) and GS-9857 is Voxilaprevir.

Hi Splitdog,
pM (pico Moles) and nM (nano Moles) are units of concentration. The smaller the number the stronger the drug, because you only need a sniff of it to work.
