I m from Beker Laboratories, Agiers, Algeria.
I ll be happy to anwer any question information request about Beker Labs.
As mentioned here, we developped Sofos (Sofosbuvir) and Sofosled (Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir) and we will soon be able to supply Sofosdac (Sofosbuvir/Daclatasvir).
All our generic product are developped with in vivo BioEquivalence Studies performed against brand products Sovaldi for Sofos, Harvoni for Sofosled and for Sofosdac , we compared our combination with intake of Daklinza and Sofosbuvir.
We had to develop these generic product because our country Algeria was initially excluded from the Gilead access program.
We are proud to offer these product to patients from foreign countries who do not have access to affodable treatment.
Our price is little bit higher than licensee generics and to non-licensee developped without BE studies.
Some countries, because of the criticality of the products, give waivers on BE studies. Algeria Ministry of Health is very strict on regulatory aspects and requires full BE studies done against (pricy) brand products.
BEKER products are proven to be bioequivalent to brand product and I think were are of the very few if not the only generic independant (non licensee) who can claim and prove that.22 November 2016 at 8:39 pm #24401 -
