most GPs will second guess the readings on home BP machines unless you spent a minimum of 3 or 4 figures on a professional one
I have no symptoms i.e. headaches etc. and feel well since finishing treatment.
BP usually does not exhibit any symptoms
I have stopped using the BP monitor because it stresses me out.
as Gaj has said….stress is a biggie for high BP. Put the monitor away or
use it mostly for data info, knowing its limitations.
